I am new to RoboHelp and want to evaluate "RoboHelp Office" and "RoboHelp
for Framemaker".

Our publishing work is currently done using framemaker 6.0 and want to use
RoboHelp for creating Online HTML Help for our software. We were using
Winhelp earlier. I want to know which one will be more usefull for me.

My requirements goes like this.

1) We have all our published documents in framemaker and want to use these
to start with for creating HTML Help. I should be able to import framemaker
files and create separate topics (one HTML for every topic). I also want to
import the WinHelp (*.hlp) files and start using the exisiting contents.

2) I should be able to define a HTML template and use the same to import the
framemaker files to.

3) I Should be able to edit HTML WYSIWYG for fine tuning and other changes.

4) I should be able to create and add new HTML files and export them to
framemaker. We are working in multisite and framemaker and RoboHelp will be
at different places. Hence these framemaker files will be open in framemaker
and make changes for publishing.

5) Should be able to create Table of Contents, Index, Glossary, Search
capabilitties, Tutorials, demos etc without much efforts.

6) Should be able to create Context Sensitive Help Map files for topics and
should be able to test their usage.

I wanted to know which one out of RoboHelp Office or RoboHelp for Framemaker
should I use.

I don't use either product but I'd expect that RoboHelp for FrameMaker
would meet most (or all) of your requirements. Have you tried the demo
version, available from the address below?

http://www.ehelp.com/products/robohelpframemaker/downloads.asp

You may want to repost your question to one or both of the following
forums, both of which are used by large numbers of RoboHelp users:

HATT: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HATT
RoboHelp forums: http://www.helpcommunity.ehelp.com/forums/wbpx.dll/~robohelp

Finally, there are a few competing products that you may want to
evaluate as well. They include:

WebWorks Publisher: http://www.webworks.com/products/wwpp_fm/default.aspx
Mif2Go: http://www.omsys.com
