HTML Help Workshop Full-Text question

Hello,

Does anyone know if the full-text search option in MS HTML Help
Workshop includes the text from url based content.

For example

my Index/TOC points to many files that are local when we compile but
also many html files that are contained on a web server. The content
from the local html files is always searchable, the url files don't
seem to be searchable.

Is this possible, or am I doing something incorrectly. (I have full
text turned on).

I'm afraid that it doesn't. When building the full-text search
"index", the compiler parses the local files only.
