Safe mode: Running password program??

Hi all..

I use a password program called system lock. Unfortuntely, however, it can
easily be bypassed by simply going into SAFE mode (wherein the startup
programs do not run).

Is there a way to have my password program load even in SAFE mode??

PLEASE help!!
