How do I create help context ID in HTML work sho

Hello,

I would like to create help context id's using Microsoft help workshop.
I have tried using header files but had no succes.
The idea is to link directly to certain pages in the help file from a app
created in Visual basic 6

Can anyone show me some samples or direct me in the right direction?
