This may be a relatively dumb question, but I am using RoboHELP and I
cannot view my pages in Word. Everytime I double click a topic to
view, I get the following error: "RoboHELP Explorer cannot locate
Microsoft Word". Where do I set the path so it can find msWord and I
can view my topics. Thanks in advance for any help.

Regards,

Chris

Here are few responses to similar questions posted to the eHelp forum
(http://www.helpcommunity.ehelp.com/forums/wbpx.dll/~robohelp):

By Colum McAndrew: There are two potential issues here. Firstly, if
you had a previous version of RH on your PC did you uninstall it
completely before loading X3? Secondly, have you recently installed X3
or Word? If so, did you ensure that X3 was not loaded until after Word
was installed? Both of these are requirements of RH. If the first
scenario, you'll have to uninstall RH ensuring all references to it
are gone and reinstall. If the later scenario, you'll have to
uninstall both Word and RH, reinstall Word and then RH. Hope you get
this sorted.

By John McCallum: I had this same problem when I tried to import a
Word document into RoboHTML 2000. It seems that RoboHelp 2000 will not
recognize Word versions beyond Office 2000. Everything I could find
just seemed to say they were incompatible.
