Hi,

We are using HTML RoboHelp and have started getting an error when
trying to compile a project. The error is:

"A sharing violation occurred while accessing an unnamed file"

The project is stored on a network drive which only one user has access
to. If we copy the project to the local machine that RoboHelp is
installed then it works fine, but if we copy it back to the server the
same error appears.

Does anyone have any ideas as we haven't been able to find a solution
yet?

Many Thanks

If you're still struggling with this, you might try posting your question to
the RoboHelp Support Forums at:

I don't personally use RoboHelp, but I believe the recommendation is always
to work locally and not across the network.
