Help & Manual can import compiled HTML Help files as well as Robohelp
X5 projects. It exports several formats from Winhelp, to HTML Help, to
browser-based help, and PDF.
You can download an evaluation version from
http://www.helpandmanual.com/download.htm to see if the conversion
works flawlessly. Please be aware that some formattings that you may
have used in HTML pages won't work due to restrictions in Winhelp.
Especially nested tables, table borders and similar layouts will be
affected. Javascripts, of course, don't work either.

need to convert it to WinHelp and it doesn't give us the option.
